The Captain Ben Smith Airfield formerly known as the Monroe City Regional Airport has an asphalt surface runway that is 3,550 feet long and 50 feet wide. The elevation is 737′. The airport is maintained by the Monroe City Street Department.
The Airport sells 100 octane aviation fuel. Fuel is available from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. If the Fixed Base Operator is not there, call (573) 735-4445 or 573-406-5444
